Nice to get the peace prize but if Trump doesn’t win the actual World Cup, on his own, then I think he should bomb the shit out of FIFA. Show the man the respect he deserves.
I thought nothing could be more embarrassing than Prince Charles accepting medals off his mum.

But Trump getting this cup, medal and (checks notes) certificate explaining why he won (fucking Hell) without any sense of mortification beats the lot. 
I just hope whoever wins the World Cup gets a certificate explaining why they got it. Without a certificate any honour like this is meaningless.
Some might think it makes it look like you need some kind of explanation for giving a Peace Award to someone who blows up boats on the off chance there's a drug dealer on there. Not me. I think the certificate just proves the Trump deserves this and that it is not at all embarrassing.
The trophy looks like it's being grabbed at by all the people who have been injured in wars that Trump has failed to prevent or actively caused. And the world shown on the trophy has been warped and destroyed by global warming.
Maybe it's the world's greatest bit of satire ever and not the most obsequious thing that has ever happened in the history of the Universe.
It says a lot about a man that he can stand on stage with someone's tongue that far up his arse and not even look remotely awkward. A child wouldn't fall for this shit or accept the award or do anything but kick the person who had given it to them in the footballs.
Apparently tomorrow FIFA are given former Prince Andrew the Babysitter of the Year Award. Is this thing on? (I could write for Have I Got News For You?)
The world (cup) is fucked.
