My two favourite new ones are "Why when I search for is nam on Google, this shooting is not mentioned? I'm only informed on his career."
Yes that is weird isn't it? You'd think there would be more about the murders and less about podcasting. I wonder what the answer could be.
Also amazingly Patricia Arquette commented "Beware of "victims"" so it's good to see that an actor of her renown could think that the piece was real. That's a testament to my skills in the art I guess.
I am glad that everyone agrees that a man saying he's a nice guy (and then murdering 17 people) is a red flag. Though a lot of people just assume he murdered women (and others also assume that he tortured an assaulted them too, which is on them) when in fact, like any nice guy, he just found people who were about to die in hospital and blew their heads off.
Anyway, don't really know what to think about any of this. I wasn't going to go to America anyway, because, you know, look who they voted for. But now I really can't go in case one of those million people sees me and decides to take justice into their own hands.
We had a tricky post-school trek to London to attend the opening night of the Mundo Pixar Experience in Wembley Park. It was a star studded event. I saw Vanessa Feltz and Dani Harmer who used to play Tracey Beaker and that's just for starters. I am BACK IN THE BIG TIME.
It was a bit of fun, placing you in the world of loads of different Pixar films, largely for photo opportunities it seems, but maybe that's what people want these days. I'd have liked a little more interaction, though there were strict instructions not to touch anything and Phoebe got mildly told off for getting up on a stage in the Coco section to get a photo behind the mic (though there was a photo sign right in front of the mic and someone else had just been up there and it did seem like that was what you were meant to do). The kids did enjoy it, especially the Toy Story rooms where they could sit on a giant chair or go inside a Buzz Lightyear box. We held back a bit in our group which meant we got some rooms almost to ourselves, but we were through the whole thing in under 40 minutes nonetheless. Not sure how I'd have felt if I'd shelled out £100+ for it or £200 for the Premiere admission, but I guess that's just what things cost now.
It looks like tickets are pretty hard to come by, at least during half term and they've spent a lot of money on it and even I had fun being shrunk down to size so I could hang out with all the stars of the films (or maybe they were bigger and I was the same size. It felt like magic either way).
Phoebe wanted a photo of her with Nemo, pointing at the fish as if to say "found her" and I thought that was good and that no one would see her photo so I tried to rip off her joke so I could put it in my blog and look hilarious, but didn't do it as well.
If you love Pixar or have people in your family who do, then you will love this.
