I was down in Chiswick getting in some healthy groceries (my life has changed forever - hopefully if I eat enough veg today I will be all super fit for my medical tomorrow), when who did I see walking around Marks and Spencers as if she was a normal human being? Only Sarah Greene. That's right. Look impressed. Because it is impressive. And she was still looking pretty good, I have to say. Considering she's been in a helicopter crash. And even in spite of that. Although I could never cheat on Janet Ellis, who is my one true 1980s children's TV love Sarah Greene still warmed the cockles of my heart or that the heart of my.....?
But this wasn't the only celebrity superstar I would see this afternoon. As I was driving out of Sainsbury's car park the horn of a car passing at me sounded and I looked over to my right. It was only Beppe from Eastenders. I know Beppe from Eastenders as I have played poker with him and interviewed him on the popular show "Heads Up With Richard Herring". I didn't have time to tell him about my idea to do a show called "Beppe's Beard" in which I go around with the distinctive face furniture that he sported back in the day (although I think it might be too offensive to try to reclaim that one), but I waved back at him. All the top 20th Century celebs shop in Chiswick.
I hope both of them will be blogging about seeing me. I was on TV in the 1990s.
